The magical Hrossagaukur bird, known as the Snipe in English. A wading bird that makes the most incredible sound in flight! I can’t describe it, you will just have to come to Iceland to hear it for yourself (They’re not just in Iceland but it is a good excuse to come here!) I am very lucky to hear this sound every day whilst currently living in the Icelandic countryside.

This is an open edition, unsigned print.
